Government agencies faced and mastered the workforce transformation needs of the last few years. As remote teams, they demonstrated exceptional innovation and service to our country, making a significant impact on citizens, their agencies, and across the government.

Their missions are vital, from delivering veterans’ healthcare using a whole-system approach, digitizing information to permanently preserve historic documents, husbanding public funds by using artificial intelligence to detect fraud, or tracking incidents of COVID in the workplace.

This session will take an in-depth look at how award-winning agencies transformed mission delivery using technology. Featured guests will be drawn from agency leaders and team selected for AFFIRM leadership awards.
