Description

The AFFIRM Leadership Awards recognize outstanding accomplishments by an individual or team in providing firm direction, inspired vision and outstanding contributions within or beyond an agency or organization. The nominee’s high impact achievements help government to be more effective and efficient in delivering its mission. 

Our theme this year is: "Accelerating Mission Innovation."

This form can be used to submit an individual or group nomination. If you are submitting a group award, please indicate the name of the group and the names of the group members. 

The leadership accomplishments and contributions are for the calendar year 2021.  

Note: Nominators can submit multiple nominations.

The deadline to submit nominations is 11:59pm EDT on August 5, 2022.

The Leadership Awards Celebration to recognize the honorees will be held September 21, 2022 at the Marriott Marquis, Washington, DC. Registration will be open closer to the event. Visit affirm.org for more information.
